Learning about Play based learning environment made me realize how important it is to integrate indoor and outdoor play area in schools particularly in primary schools, owing to various benefits such as freedom, hands-on experiences, motor skills development, stimulates creativity and imagination. Interesting part of the lecture was, we are made to plan and design the play area in school or ECCD center. So, our group have illustrated our play area which include following play areas in and around our school; Gathering room, Art space, Reading corner, Nap time , Exploration room, First aids corner, Meditation corner, Swings, slide, seesaw, and sand box, Football ground, and Mini garden.
